Our thick-cut bacon is dry cured using a time-honored, traditional method and we never inject water into our bacon to “pork up” the weight. That means our bacon doesn’t shrink, it doesn’t splatter, and when you cook a pound of bacon, you get a pound of bacon. This is why Bacon Freak bacon is the only bacon you can fry naked!
